The staff here is very welcoming and has a good sense of humor, plus they serve a delicious breakfast with fantastic food.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Constitution Bridge, and we enjoyed the delicious meals and abundant breakfast.

Nice old building with rooms that have a cool coffee maker. It's super convenient being close to the train station for easy travel around the area. 🚆

We stayed in a new-fashioned double room with the bathroom, breakfast treats plus a fresh coffee machine. The location was stunning for exploring Venice. And it was relatively near Trattoria Alla Ferrata, ate there couple of times.

The venue was excellent and great, I loved the location short walk to the train station and transportation hub, transport links into Venice & islands, and which is also very centrally located, and street views.

This absolutely great hotel occupies a historic building in the historic style. the staff is attentive and thoughtful at all levels. - the ambiance is QUIET. - the breakfast is plentiful with a great selection of things to eat and drink. - Would definitely stop here again, I enjoyed the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at B&B Da Nina. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, perfect for two travelers. Nina and her staff, especially Renata, were extremely kind and accommodating. Renata made our check-in experience easy and was always available to answer our questions. Nina personally introduced herself and offered assistance, which was a lovely gesture. The daily room cleaning, regular bedding and towel changes were a nice touch. We also appreciated the custom map provided by B&B Da Nina, which came in handy. the best place we've stayed in Venice and highly recommended!

Everything was ideal, including thoughtful staff. New-fashioned and tidy room with internal private bathroom, spent our time lovely. The atmosphere created was quiet. Great food, enjoyed it. We didn't want to say goodbye, strongly recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay at this amazing little B&B. Nina, the host, was super kind and looked after every single one of my wishes. The room was equipped with everything I needed and even had a cute little patio. The location was great, making it easy to access all the places I wanted to visit. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The custom map provided by Nina's B&B was extremely helpful. This was by far the best place I've stayed at in Venice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We loved the convenient location near St Lucia train station. The coffee table in the room was a nice touch. The pre-packed breakfast with biscuits, buns, jams, and butters was perfect for our early morning walks in Venice. Massimo and Nina were friendly hosts who attended to our needs and made us feel welcome. The food at their restaurant was delicious and fresh, making it the best dining experience we had in Venice. We especially enjoyed the option to sit by the canal, adding to the overall ambiance. we wished we could have stayed longer than 3 days, as this place is easily worth a 5-day stay.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no complaints.
